Backtagging: I am cool with this. Sometimes people have to do other real life things though it will be hard to keep up with everything if a log goes on for a REALLY long times(talkin' months here). All in all, people got lives and other games and so do I.
Threadhopping: I am always up for surprises unless specified against.
Fourthwalling: Hmmm might be interesting, but I really don't think it will help out with Isaac's neurosis XD
Hugging this character: If he knows you and you really insist, but be warned that he is paranoid as hell from all of the stuff he's gone through in his canon. Hug at your own risk. Depends on the situation.
Kissing this character: Lol...unless you are in a serious relationship with him, he might be a bit O_O over that.
Flirting with this character: Go for it. It will be all kinds of fun.
Fighting with this character: Assuming in a game like this where fights will happen, yes this is okay. He IS able to fight back and was quite willing to do so in his canon for survival. This means he will use any means necessary to survive though and that could include anything. He would prefer not to fight somebody if he doesn't have to.
Injuring this character: Minor is okay and so is major so long as major is discussed beforehand. I will likely agree.
Killing this character: At the moment, I would prefer no so he can get some CR.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: He really does not have any way to prevent this from happening. Be warned that he is all kinds of crazy and your character will see some pretty messed up things.
Hacking: I would have to say no. He is known in his canon for fixing all kinds of electronic and mechanical devices and rerouting power all in a matter of seconds. Suffice to say, he will be prepared against hackers.
